What we have been upto this week

Nick is loving his afternoon Kindy sessions, especially now his bestie Claudia goes too.
We have been to the zoo with Harry and Claudia, always a fun run around for the kiddies. The last photo taken during a break in the rain last Sunday after we had been out for lunch.

mucky play

Nick goes to an art class called mucky play, a great place for all that fantastic muckiness which is usually a no no at home. Here is Nick and his friend Harrison with their creations. Nick's is called Fireman, although I can't quite see the resemblence myself.

Friend home from school

As if Kelly Tarltens wasn't enough, Joe had added excitement of bringing a school friend home to play today. Kaiya is in Joe's class and they are great mates. We went down to the park for a run around as today was a beautiful day.

Back to Kindergarten for the day

Joe has moved from his beloved kindy to school, however the kindy trip to Kelly Tarltens had been long in the planning and he was determined not to miss it. He loved catching up with his kindy buddies and had a wonderful time.

Visit to the Zoo

We went to the zoo last week with Nick's friend Oliver. The boys were in good form despite the rain which followed us around.

Playtime with Dad

Joe and Nick's favourite time of day is the half hour or so they get to spend playing with Cam at the end of the day.

Kelly Tarltons Underwater World

We went to Keyy Tarltons a couple of wet Sundays ago. The boys had a blast and the favourite was watching the stingrays being fed.

Recent photos of the boys

We had some photos taken recently in Grey Lynn park.

A day at the farm

The boys and I spent Saturday at our friends Helen and Matt's farm near Auckland. They have recently put in a flying fox and whilst the small children for whom it is intended were a bit shy the adults had a fabulous time.
